Workshop - "Conducting Annual Evaluations"

How can you know that your Community of Faith is on the intended path if you never review and reevaluate the mission and ministry taking place in your congregation? How can church leaders - ministry personnel and lay leaders alike - know if they are on the right path? This workshop is intended for members of the Ministry & Personnel Committee, as well as Ministry Personnel and those in congregtional leadership. You will be introduced to some tools that will help both the congregation and its minister to intentionally review where you have been and where you wish to go in the future.
